About Us

Little Zebras Learning Academy opened in 2016 as an extension of the First Methodist Church of Grandview and offers classes for children ages 1-5 on Mondays and Wednesdays. We are committed to providing an enriching experience for your child and we take your trust in us seriously. Because we believe that all children are gifts from God, our mission is to provide a positive Christian environment to develop children’s physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual growth while providing a ministry of service and outreach to the community around us.

Our goals are simple and child-oriented.

To help your child discover what our Christian faith is all about within a loving environment.
To help your child develop a good self-image, a sense of accomplishment, and a feeling of worthiness.
To help your child learn about his/her world and develop problem-solving skills in a controlled environment.
To encourage imagination and creativity.
To help your child develop social skills, learn to respect others, and learn about sharing.
To prepare your child academically and socially for Kindergarten.
